Everything you learn at the After Summer Bootcamp

You asked for it under the video. Here it is: the 15 things you take home from the last AI bootcamp of the year, plus everything that comes with it. Two days, your own laptop, a working setup by Tuesday evening.

1. Turn your most repetitive marketing tasks into Claude skills in 10 minutes or less. The briefing, the report, the content run you redo every week. Each one becomes a skill you trigger with one line, so the output is consistent every time.

2. Stop re-explaining your context every time: build a second brain. Your brand, tone, audience, offers and past work, saved once and kept up to date. Claude answers like a colleague who has been around for years.

3. Set up a daily chief of staff. A morning brief that manages your to-dos based on your call transcripts and your inbox. You open your laptop and the priorities are already there.

4. Know when to use a Claude skill and when to use a Claude project. Two tools that look alike and do very different jobs. We make the difference concrete, so you stop putting work in the wrong place.

5. Fix your LLM settings. Preferences, instructions and memory set up properly, so Claude writes like you and never uses an em dash again. Small change, every output better.

6. Connect Claude to your marketing tech stack through MCP. Mail, calendar, CRM, analytics, docs. Plugged in through MCP so Claude becomes your command center instead of one more tab.

7. Create on-brand images with Weavy. Visuals that match your brand, made in a repeatable workflow. Campaign images, social visuals and variations without waiting on a designer.

8. Build your first AI agent that covers marketing tasks for you. Not an assistant that waits for a prompt. An agent in Claude Code that takes one task that matters and executes it, unattended.

9. Set up a full design system with Claude Design. Colours, type, components and layout rules captured once, so everything you generate afterwards looks like it came from the same brand.

10. Stop using and looking for single-use prompts. The prompt library is dead. You learn to build systems that remember and repeat, so you never hunt for the perfect prompt again.

11. Build an interactive lead magnet end to end. A calculator, assessment or quiz, connected to your email provider and your website. Built step by step and live on a real URL.

12. Learn why you need GitHub and how to use it. The part that scares most marketers off, explained in plain language. Together with Vercel and Resend, so you own the setup from now on.

13. Start building internal tools yourself. The tool your team has waited on a developer for. Dashboards, generators, checkers. You learn to build it yourself, in days instead of quarters.

14. Turn meetings into insights and actions. Call transcripts become follow-ups, decisions, content ideas and customer language. Nothing useful gets lost after the call ends.

15. Set up an AI assistant in your WhatsApp. An assistant that takes care of your personal admin and your restaurant bookings, for example. AI where you already are, all day.
