About Yannick Khayati

Recovering agency founder, full-time AI trainer. Based in Belgium, Yannick runs 100+ AI trainings and workshops a year, hosts AI for Marketers Day and built North Star AI Academy.

Started in marketing in 2012, spent eight agency years founding two agencies (one exit in 2018), left agency life at the end of 2022 and found a new passion in AI training in 2023. Four years at Board of Innovation shaped how he thinks about selling services and trainings online.

Training people has always been in his DNA: from school presentations to football coaching to a community of 30,000+ marketers. On the side he runs the Growth Secrets Club, a private community for senior marketers with weekly recaps, monthly expert sessions and quarterly live events.
